It is very important to Colonial Parking that we are active members in our community. One of the ways that we accomplish this is through our hiring processes. While Colonial certainly uses all the traditional methods when it comes to recruiting new employees, we also reach out to various community groups and participate in targeted hiring events. We have mentioned partnerships with TLC – Treatment & Learning Centers – and Calvary Women’s Services before and are pleased to announce that we have recently partnered with the DC Hires Vets event, as well.
DC Hires Vets is a job recruitment fair that is sponsored by the DC Department of Human Resources and caters specifically to helping veterans find new jobs. Ken Baker and Nyiesha Carrington (shown above) recently attended the fair and had a wonderful time meeting so many great candidates. We’re excited to continue participating in this fantastic event that benefits our brave veterans.
