This past Saturday, Colonial Parking hosted a seminar

focused on elevating Customer Service within our parking facilities. With 43 employees present, the training focused on how we can bring our existing customer service to an even higher level by thinking out of the box as we engage with our customers on a daily basis. We will continue to hold training on this and other topics as we constantly strive to excel in servicing our customers.
