Mark has over 30 years of human resources experience driving organizational excellence, leadership partnership, transformation, vision, and change. He is a proactive, motivated, and skilled leader with an aptitude for attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
Mark’s expertise includes recruiting, developing, increasing employee engagement, reducing turnover, executive coaching, succession planning, leading teams, HRIS acquisition/deployment, strategic planning, and next-generation workforce strategies. His experience spans private and public sectors, union and nonunion, and domestic and international operations.
Mark has a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Cary Business School, a bachelor’s degree in business management from Radford University, an advanced certificate in employment law from the Institute of Applied Management and Law, and a graduate from Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Program.
