Vice President of Human ResourcesAs Colonial Parking’s Vice President of Human Resources, Max oversees our biggest asset, our people! In this role, Max is responsible for our People Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance as well as enabling a collaborative, practical, and balanced approach within executive leadership as well as all levels of the management team. Max also works closely with all the leaders within the organization to ensure Colonial Parking becomes the place of choice for anybody looking to join a company where growth is not only something to aspire but a place where there is a clear path to achieve it.
Max joins Colonial Parking with nearly two decades of Human Resources expertise within unionized, non-unionized, centralized, decentralized, corporate environments across the construction, landscaping and hospitality industry where he had the opportunity to practice HR not only throughout many different states but also at a global scale for a multinational company just before joining our team.
