With nearly 35 years of parking industry experience, Chris began his career in 1987 as an Assistant Night Manager at the Tulsa International Airport parking operation. That opportunity has led to a lifetime career, with consistently progressive increases in responsibility, managing broad geographies within North America at three national parking management firms. Before joining Colonial Parking, Chris grew operations in Washington D.C., New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami and Toronto, while integrating several acquisitions within the Northeast region and in Washington D.C.
In his role as SVP Client Solutions and Chief Growth Officer, Chris is ultimately responsible for ensuring Colonial Parking delivers the company’s value proposition to each and every client through relationship development, service delivery and implementing innovative solutions which build upon existing successes. Chris is also on point to identify, create and launch new and/or improved revenue stream strategies for our clients, in partnership with executive leadership and operations.
Chris is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is an active member of the National Parking Association (NPA), International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI) and AOBA. He has earned the Certified Parking Professional (CPP) certification and has held an elected affiliate board seat for BOMA in New Orleans.
