Rich Rosenberger

Rich Rosenberger, has over 20 years of progressively responsible parking management experience in all types of operations, including office, hospitality, retail, and advanced Parking Access and Revenue Systems (PARCS) for facilities in the Washington, Baltimore, and Philadelphia markets. Rich brings a strong work ethic and the ability to lead large and complex teams to meet owners’ specific property objectives. He currently oversees 106 automated and manual parking facilities throughout the region, with specific experience including the District Wharf, Nationals Park, and Union Station.
